Our split reins are hand cut from Herman Oak 12 ounce harness leather. 5/8" in width & a minimum of 8' in length. Different widths and lengths can be ordered.
Romal reins can be made from round leather belting, lined & stitched harness leather, kangaroo leather, or rawhide. Prices vary based on base material, length, & number of knots.

I have sold these without the romal for roping reins!
We also make these out of stitched leather, which are softer & have a little more "feel".
